I am an RYT 500-Certified yoga teacher & yoga teacher trainer, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition + certified in Bach Flower Remedies. I have completed over 600 hours of Pilates training recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance & hold prior certifications in group fitness instruction through the East Coast Alliance, the American Council on Exercise (ACE), & the Dance Teacher Training Association.
I am a lead teacher at ATHA Yoga Shala & Spa, South Florida’s top-rated hot yoga studio, where I teach six weekly classes, facilitate YTT certification programs & host quarterly women’s gatherings with 60+ participants.
I regularly lead workshops, retreats + wellness events. I am also a featured teacher at community festivals such as YogaFest, CocoMarket, & CocoFest.
In 2021, I partnered with the award-winning fitness platform Wondercise, where I was featured as “Natalie, The Modern Hippie Mama” + led a series of Yoga & Pilates classes for their global audience. Although Wondercise has since transitioned into the Wonder Core platform, my sessions – including Namaste With Natalie & Peaceful Pilates -continue to be archived & available to users worldwide, maintaining my digital wellness presence.

◈ I strongly believe in the power of combining movement, intention & breath. Movement heals the body. Intention keeps us disciplined + purposeful. And, the breath is life force- our greatest connection to Spirit.
◈ I live in busy suburbia, yet the inside of my house feels very Zen. I burn incense while setting my daily intention for my home & family. I light candles, diffuse essential oils & open my doors + windows to allow my house to breathe during the day.
◈ I prefer natural light from the sun, Himalayan Salt Lamps, & red or orange light.
◈ At night, when on my computer or watching TV, you can find me wearing my blue light blocking glasses.
◈ I carry around my homeopathic remedies in my pocket book, wherever I go.
◈ I believe in food energetics, humanely treating animals, & a predominantly plant-based diet. I am not a vegan. Nor do I judge people’s personal choices.
◈ I sometimes wear deodorant & makeup. But, everything I put on my body or in my body is green, clean, + promotes sustainable practices.
◈ I wear hippie headbands, feather earrings, & flowy dresses because they are cute, comfortable + how I feel most authentic.
◈ Nearly everything I purchase comes in a glass container. I love recycling the glass & repurposing them for food, drink, storage, homemade bath salts, planters, etc. I love the way glass looks & feels and most importantly because it is non-toxic!
◈ For vitamin D, we catch some rays at the beach + ground ourselves in the sand.
◈ I love my daily practice of Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness + Meditation to align mind, body & spirit.
